A Lovers Prayer

 

I accept the fact that minus the meaning of love comes with uncertainty.

 

I live with the hope that growth inside breeds love unaccounted for

 

I challenge every second that emotions push passed love comes with boundaries fought with swords to overcome

I acknowledge that my heart is a passageway to turbulence that love teaches it to overcome

Like tunnels flowing through with light in my eyes to romance my spirit

I fall hard to the words of love that you speak, thrusting a possible truth into daydreams of love.

I spill blood uncurdled by the presence of your face that brightens the sun, enhances the moon and sets the stars brighter and higher into the sky

I speak your name and blushing becomes second nature like a baby’s first smile first laugh

The thought of you changes me fills my life.

I have died and been reborn every moment your presence is my genesis.

I speak these truths of the heart birthed by your first breath upon my name.
